Il progetto è vagamente ispirato al municipio di Messina, rispetto al quale la MOC è parecchio semplificata e ridotta. La MOC farà parte del diorama City di Latina. L'edificio è completo di interni (il tetto e il primo piano sono rimovibili), ma ancora non li ho arredati e penso che lo farò con calma dopo Latina. La piazza ospita il monumento ai caduti che avevo realizzato tempo fa, che nella realtà si trova proprio nella piazza del municipio di Messina. Sull'ingresso laterale dell'edificio ho realizzato una rampa di accesso per disabili (ho realizzato il personaggio disabile prima che fosse reso pubblico quello ufficiale LEGO!).
